Joaliz Silva

I was born in a town called Mayaguez in a country called Puerto Rico, in the middle of the Caribbean Sea. I started to write when I was 7, loved to expose my personal thoughts in a lyrical way, in a romantic way, in a poetic way. It wasn't until I was about 12 that I won my first poetry award for writing a short story. After that, everything that I entered in contests won something. I won about 3 awards for poetry and other 2 for short stories. Right now I am studying to be a psychologist but hope to publish a novel someday.
