Elana Paige

I'm Elana Paige. I'm 16 and live in Florida. I started writing in 8th grade. It started out with just poems but now I write the occasional short story. I love writing, it's how I escape from reality when I just need a break. I love when I can just get lost in my writing, not even realizing what I'm writing until I'm done.
Besides writing I love to read. My favorite books are Rx and Prep and I absolutly love The Theif Lord even though I read it in like 4th grade.
I play water polo. I started playing for my school two years ago (lucky number 7!) but I took a year off and am going to start again soon for the summer season.
I love to travel. Out of all the places that I've visted my favorite is Australia with New Zealand as a close second. I went to Europe last summer and spent to weeks in Italy, France, and Spain.
After highschool I want to move to New York and go to NYU for college. I plan on being a broadcast journalist, hopefully on Good Morning America. That's always been my dream. I also want to study politcal science in college, and hopefully one day I can run office and actually make a difference in this country.
