My name is Toni. I am eighteen, female, and currently reside in Salt Lake City, Utah. I work at Wild Oats Marketplace. I have been writing poetry for years, lyrics since junior high school and monologues since high school. All have improved and proved less valuable, considering the piece, in time. My writing is often influenced, and often inspired, by how I feel in a particular moment. Many pieces, mostly poetry, portray an event I vividly recall or a particular problem I find myself facing. Writing these things down greatly aids me in better understanding a situation, or person, and mapping out some solution. As you may be able to tell, I may become highly dependent on my ability to actually spill things out on paper. When I have a difficult time doing so, I find myself having trouble in many other aspects of my life. Writing, to me, is as important as music. Although, composing something of my own creation makes it more real for me; Whereas lyrics are someone else's entirely. I plan to post scraps and pieces.
