About Me
born in 1951 in sa i lived in country towns until i was 10, then moved to adelaide for high school and uni. dropped out five times in six years, gave up. did self-suff in the mallee from 1979, still doing it. turned pagan and am active in oz druidry. i've always written poetry and prose, painted and drawn pictures, sung folksongs and old ballads and have begun writing pagan songs as well, performing for small audiences and hoping for more. i've written seven and a half books, including one non-fiction, one semi-autobiographical fiction, one and a half adult novels, and four kids books. i've had poems published in hobo a few years ago, thought i'd get back to it again now that the turbulent times of my life are over. i did part of an arts degree at deakin in the 1990s, where i was blown away by the beauty and healing potential of postmodernism. i'm an independent scholar, with my own study program, learning historical linguistics, hermeneutics and languages.
