I am 44. I have 3 children 25, 17, 10. I like to write to entertain myself. I create visions of alternate realities that make me smile and sometimes cry. It has become clear to me that not everyone will like, or understand my visions, not even the people closest to me. This forum gives me the opportunity to share with others what I see, without that look you get, you know that look? The O....K, look and smile you get when trying to explain something you wrote to someone you love...which, at this point, you begin chatting about the weather.

I write poetry mostly when I am troubled. It's therapy. I write romance stories that I hope to fashion into a novel that I might submit to publishers someday. I write snippets of stories from my life just because I guess. To remind myself that I can be.... O.....K, (laughing).
