Katie

A Poem by Dark Angel
"

The thoughts of an older sister about a younger sister.

"
Katie, my little sister
She's only three
Sometimes, she thinks she's the master
Most of the time she drives me up a tree
She's sweet and innocent to the eye
But she's not exactly the piece of the pie
She's loving and vicious
She pushes you to the edge
She's learning new words
Not exactly the "Pledge"
She looks innocent and sweet
But so do we all
She likes to ignore
She likes to drive you up the wall
She's easy to adore
She's just like me
She can be mean to the core
She's nice when she's asleep
But I'm in love
Real deep
She's only three
My little sister
Katie

Sweet poem. I love how you captured that 3 yr old energy!
This could really brighten a person's day.
