First ImpressionsA Poem by Julie MorganHow
different the world must look When taken
the time to look twice To see the
trees as they give us life And to watch
the ocean roar How
different the world would feel When taken
the time to appreciate A flower’s
beauty in its natural state Rather than
plucking it from its home How
different the world must be Through eyes
that do not judge Until seeing
more than only A first impression © 2013 Julie MorganAuthor's Note
