SocietyA Poem by Julie MorganSwift
shadows stalking The
filthy city streets Working
their way into The
hearts of the innocent, Where
hate just grew.
It
grew until it swelled Much
larger than hearts Were
willing to hold And
soon enough, It
took over the soul.
Man
shares his body With
a parasitic darkness Abducting
soul and mind Making
him forget the World
he thought was kind. © 2013 Julie MorganAuthor's Note
