Chestnuts

Again primary school writing, around 9/10 years old at the time.

Chestnuts are small,

Chestnuts are sweet,

Chestnuts might fall at your feet,

If when under a Chestnut tree.

Some don't like simplicity but I love it. I feel that a poem should paint a picture. You paint a simple picture and give us a sweet simple image. I am happy with it.
