I wrote your name today...

I wrote your name today...

A Poem by zombiikillah666

When theres no more words
to say. When were left with
these empty days...

To see another side
of you. To see the
sad side Of me.
To see you havent won,
To see me on the run...
No one will see us
become undone.

When theres no story
left to write. When
were left with empty alrights...

To see another side,
and to see you slowly die.
When you see me cry.
No one will see us become
just another sigh.

And when your left
with your meaningless talk.
Im waiting on that final walk...

So lay these sins by me,
where no one will see.
Please dont say were
just going back around,
i promise you have been found.

When theres no more words
to say. When were left with
these empty days...
Just know everythings okay.

"When theres no story
left to write. When
were left with empty alrights..." Isn't that just exactly how it happens?

I love the alternating fonts, it lends emphasis to the point. Love that each font is, in essence, its own poem when standing alone. But weaving them both together works very well.
"waiting on that final walk"... priceless line.

Beautifully written, I can almost hear the song and these are the lyrics. I feel like this is a poem about acceptance, with a hint of sadness, I see two people who know each other so well they don't need the words. I really like this poem.
