Tattered Doll

Tattered Doll

A Story by Lusus Naturae
"

I describe myself here using an analogy to crafting.

"

My fabric is a unique pattern intricately woven into small purple flowers and green

vines, however it is stuffed with buttons, needles, and glitter sewn together with cheap

thread that barely keeps everything together. The glue holds it together for a few moments

until the needles begin to stretch apart the fabric and the glitter spills, refusing to come off

 anything I touch.

Author's Note

Lusus Naturae
Glitter is appealing and it is difficult to clean the aftermath, so it is positivity because it spreads to others. Needles are typically bad as they harm; These are my mistakes I will not learn from because I am too busy being narcissistic. They will only harm you if you poke through my fabrication. Buttons... Well. I am cute just like buttons.

It's hard to describe one self, but I really like the poetic metaphors you have here. Brilliant imagery.

You are a amazing writer. You need to be read by more people. The description was enough to create situation and vision. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.
