Don't you hate it when you're being led on and on and on by someone whom you truly love? Don't you hate it when you have no clue where the relationship is going?

A thin silver line,

easily crossed,

it's too fine.

I'm hanging from a thread,

you left me,

are you happy yet?

You're like a shadow,

who comes and goes,

disappearing,

when the sun grows cold.

I hate to admit it,

but my love has grown.

I let you in,

through all my defences.

And you hurt me,

with no self explanation.

Blindfolded and walking,

you're leading me away,

simply put it,

you left me today.

This is very easy to relate to, at least it is for me. Being lead on, falling for someone who only hurts you, is such a pain. They leave you and you feel so crushed, so broken. You feel like your very heart, your very soul, has been squeezed from you, stolen and never returned. You thought everything was fine, or at least your mind tried to convince you of that to keep you happy. It is so stressful if you know better. This is a marvelous write. Nice job.
