Dear Jayme. 2nd Letter.

It has been a six years and a month since you started looking for your parents. Emily and I have become very worried for your health. After you moved out at sixteen, six years ago, we only contacted twice a week. Within the first year of your search, you only found out two things.

1) Your name is Jayme Peter Stymest And

2) You’re a seventeen year old male.

You could not anything else from the adoption agency. What you did not get at that point of time was that no one knew where you came from. No one knew which town you were born in, let alone your actual age and name. A month later, you still have not abandoned hope, paler and skinnier, you decided to trace your mother’s footsteps to where she found you. I knew what will happen and yet, I did not stop you, instead, I tagged alongside you. There you were, thinking your father was there to help you, but in fact, I was there to make sure you had someone to cry on.

In fifteen minutes, we reached our destination.

In the car, you were chattering away about being found in a field. When I stopped the car, you gave me a questioning look, “Dad, why are we at Griffins Mall?” Son, I’m sorry. I did not tell you that five years after we found you, the field was gone. It was, instead, replaced by a car park for the new shopping they were building, the one you have always loved going as a child.

Jayme, I’m sorry we could not trace back to your biological parents that day, because everything after that, you changed.

Gabriella Stalker- Haha, because, if I'm not wrong, if you have to take a child in, you have to adopt the child first, even if he was found in the field. This would finalized the records and Jayme would be legally Emily's(:

I'm confused at this point in the story. Why would Jayme have gone to the adoption agency if he wasn't adopted, but abandoned in a field?
