letting go

bitter words turned to symphony

tears to turned to smiles and glee

love a wisper in the far off winds

does letting go truly begin?

or is it a lie again and again

 

streams of tears fall in a fast, yet steady pace

your heart breaks

and your smiles fake

words trigger thoughts

places do too

love spins around

and your stuck like glue

pain surfaces and your heart stops

love never a far off thought

the wind caresses your face

but its the hand you wish itd replace

nothing but the hatred is fake

 

hatred melts into the fire

all that is left your desire

emptiness swollows you whole

and missing them is tale that is told

love sways in and out

tears stream like water from the spout

emotion takes hold

and is you that wants them to hold

 

letting go, or staying here

love or life

another fear

This is beautiful. Filled with so much emotion, and something a lot of people will be able to relate to. Only mistake is in "and your stuck like glue" it should be you're and you forgot the apostrophe in it's and it'd in the second to last line in the second stanza. Sorry, I'm a grammar freak. hah. Anyways, very well done!
