shattered glassA Poem by ZmHhollow, empty my body lay my heart of glass not of clay love once enlightened, but now that is gone flesh was torn, scratched away by the nails of the hands that use to hold me in pain i shreak until you found my rib cage crack! you broke my ribs turned them to dust sprinkled it in the air to where it formed a bloody must i struggled but nothing in this world could pull me away a bullet to the heart must not have been enough each word like a dagger each kiss filled posion each embrace slowly closing in to choking distance after the dust resides in pain i scream and cry you restrain me, i fight no more for love is death you stare blankly in my open chest as i bleed a bloody mess your hands shake vigoriously but you manage to remove my heart within 1,2,3 my heart of glass, which belongs to you you hold out far and snap it in two within rage you throw it ground shattered glass is all that is found my body lay open on the table my face turned my eyes red, my body grey for love i am dead coated in loves dismay
