beautiful letdown

have u ever felt down like there was no return? through even the darkest times light will still shine. what a beatiful letdown.

the sun slowly sets

into shades mystic and bright

slowly to be consumed by the darkness of night

what a beautiful letdown

as the stars shine

bright as the sun

dim but yet just as bright

below star lit canopy couple fights

like a gardner and weeds

they tangle in diffences

only to find their love was not devine

what a beautiful letdown

as he saw her face

tangled in his goodbye embrace

tears lightened his mind

he soon found again she would be mine

time would fly

like little blue bird

and again her love would be heard

music plays in the symphony

drowned out by the sound of thee

music spreads from place to place

until we have found a new race

what a beautiful letdown

as the drums play people speak

and others become weak

rhythm turns to dance

dance turns to so much more

what a beautiful letdown

as lovers sore
