how do you tell someone there choices kill

how do you tell them they make you shrill

they  pull you left and right

until you give up the fight with the knife

and let go

how do you tell them they dont know

the extent of your hurt

the tears you now hide

the feelings you now feel deep inside

the way saying you care stings

the way you say theres no other place youd rather be

when the tuth is hell is all you see

 

you stuggle to stay alive

flip the rubber band hoping the rebound will keep you alright

you drop the needle but pick it up

knowing youll go right back into your rut

without the physical pain yopud die inside
