emotions

your heart beats fast, yet steady as a drum

you look around

you fall to the stone, cold ground

your heart aches

your thoughts break

you can no longer tell real from fake

from your mind there is no escape

you gasp

you fail

no use trying to inhale

your tears fill your soul

so many, youve lost hold

you drown yourself in self pity

seperate yourself from the witty

emotions light like a fire

whatch how much fuel you burn

desire, despair are dangerous turns

That poem rocks. Its so powerful, and true. Everyone thinks too much emotion is a bad thing but i guess it depends how you look at it. I think it's an essential in life. Does that make me emo or a freak, well idk but it's true. Great Work!
