we are all lost in translation. trying to fight the temptations of lies

days once drowned with darkness

seeming to be sparkless

words lost in translation

no feeling of sensation

numbness closing in

no hope left to defend

fighting the one you can truly trust

anger now a must

emotions ran dry

no feeling seen behind your eye

no one left to trust

not him, not her, not even i

ive lost myself within their lies

deep fury, inner rage

loosening the shackles within my brain

time goes by,

the minute hand moves

trying to find my way back into my groove

thoughts, memories

all lost within lies

who are these people,
