to fly away

this is about falling out of love not in it

wings spread
clinging to the open edge
pushed into love
fastly falling
to the ground
i shall fall
from the grey skies
to the blue
nothing will be left of me and u
clinging to the edge i remain
to fastly fall once again
ive gained myself
lost my heart
i should have known from the start
our love would be
lost upon the open breeze
i breathe
then take the final step
a gasp instead of wept
for now i fly upon the breeze
never to think of u and me

Strong start but I'm not positive if it is supposed to be happy or sad. I'm getting a bit of mixed signals but all together it is a really good poem. Maybe add some punctuation but it is really good as it is. I like it alot. Thanks for posting it!
