Advance methods of copyright infringements and a superior solution to the problem

When two different innocent acts together turn into a single illegal act in such case both acts will be categorized as illegal offence.If an artist posted a copyright protected artistic work then it will be considered that the following collaborated acts have absolutely infringed the copyright law under my observations:

[1] When one permitted personal user uses any artistic work without any commercial purpose but(may or may not)intentionally hiding the watermark or original identity representing information, so that it allows another user the fair and innocent opportunity to use a watermark less image or a poem without the writers name for any types of work which directly or indirectly violates the right of the creator and gives beneficial interest to any party/s or any 3rd party/s,and

[2] When a video,movie or any similar artistic videography is bought by a general customer and later stored in the web on any of the following manners :
(a)in any public domain or 
(b)in a sharing website or 
(c)in a website after transforming it in a manner that doesn't allow to take copy/downloading the file but on the same time allows only bonafide online wathicng;and on the other hand another party provides converter/browser/downloader or other softwares capable of making copies/downloading such videography or capable of creating a virtual bridge between the stored/protected video file and a computer so that it can be stored by commanding the operating systems and used it for making illegal copies for commercial purposes or other criminal purposes.

Consequences
Both of the mentioned innocent works not over writing the copyright terms singularly but with malafide intention combination of both is digging a grave for territorial and international copyright laws.Cyber crime is spreading taking help of more advanced technology and appearing in many modes which are still uncovered by the protective law boundary.We need to upgrade the shield of copyright law with great care keeping pace with the advanced nature of crime and also we have to ensure the technological and legal expertise of the protectors.
