odd

the view from this closet is oddly pretty

there's much more color than i expected

and when i look up with light

it's oddly pretty

 

the space in this closet is oddly roomy

i thought i'd feel pressed,

squeezed into a tiny, tiny space on the floor

but it's oddly roomy

 

the feeling of curling into a ball

hasn't left me

and the closet isn't

dark enough to hide me

small enough to cage me

warm enough to hold me

 

i feel tiny
