Poem://Journey.FedoraA Poem by Magen KumquatA simple poem about fedorasPoem://Journey.Fedora It has been ages since I left my abode, not as a student nor a seeker but as a home owner. Even in this time, with a comfortable roof over me, I see another point of view.
Rather than viewing the grass bliss of grass meeting sky, rather than viewing the dots of windows in this metropolis I want the free natural environment without gates.
So I leave home, for a week and enjoy, not the rows of apple trees in parks nor the job ads on windows.
I leave the foggy city and embrace the sunshine. I enjoy the smell of mints and a musty old fedora on my head. The freedom of nature sounds me as I notice a strange creature. Upon closer inspection its a penguin. But then I remember that this is virtual reality.
My home is a laptop and I see a new OS beyond an apple behind a window. So I venture with fedora and hope for the best.
