Dull

Dull

A Poem by Kelli Wyatt
"

"
I am going crazy in my own head.
These tears are ripping lines in my cheeks.
All my senses dulled.
The sun shines darkly,
Sweetness tastes bitter,
And even the sight of mountains
Or anything magnificent,
Is ordinary
Without you.

About
I started writing free-form poetry in high school. Most of my poems have darker themes - those are the personal ones. If they have a lighter theme, chances are it was a contest prompt of some sort. .. more..
