I love this. It's a lot like a peom I wrote a while back about anger. This is so true and it's crazy how happiness can be turned to pain in a slpit second but it's sooo hard to turn pain into joy. Well written and it's one of those poems that once the reader is done reading it, their mind is invoked with such difficult questions that's all it really thinks about.

Questions aplenty hidden in this piece. Pain is universal and that is so true. We all so often unite in it. Understand n comprehend it better than happiness. Good stuff! :")
Omg, this is so true! And I absolutley love it. Happiness and pain are both such fragile emotions. Pain comes easily, yet happiness is hard to find. And once you find it, it is so easily taken away. I love this poem. Such an amazing write.
Pain and happiness on the same horizontal plane but opposite ends of the spectrum. Don't think we would be able to enjoy the small moments of bliss without knowing why we are so happy. I liked taking a look at this perspective...very thought provoking.
feelings, are a kind of sense, like taste and smell; they report to us the status of inner and outer events, either the way we are 'feeling' about our self and/or our circumstances, both of which can change...as for turning pain to glee, that's no overnight enterprise, but turning down the temperature of pain...well, that's a one step at a time proposition...
