Chapter 3A Chapter by zelly60I'm running out of descriptions, so I'm just going to stop giving them. The school was huge. It was unlike anything Wren had ever seen. It was a mansion. The woodwork was absolutely amazing. All the doors had crowned molding on them. Strangely, the school felt like a safe haven for her. But, there was this odd feeling of foreboding at the back of her mind, as if something bad were to happen. That did not cover up the sadness though. Her parents had disowned her. For what? A few powers? How was that any different? Why would they care? They had never cared that she had purple eyes. Or had they? She was so confused, but climbed the stairs and managed to find her room. The lettering on the door said "WREN DANIELLE SMITH". It was in gold lettering, quite fancy too. She opened the door and looked at the room. It was red and had a nice full size bad. Not bad for a school that she thought was going to be a waste of time. There was also a desk in the corner of the room. That was good. She liked desks. She collapsed on her bed and cried herself to sleep. She was running through woods. Where was she going? Where was she in the first place? All she knew was that there was someone behind her and hot on her heels. She did not know who this person was, but she knew it was bad for her if he caught up with her. She cut a few corners and ran through a few walls. When she got to the mansion, she knew she was safe. "You will regret being born Wren Danielle!" said the voice. She awoke in a cold sweat. She had to tell someone about this dream. She felt there was at least one person in this school that would understand. She basically ran downstairs to breakfast. She knew that Jasin was going to this school, she could feel it. There was a connection and she could feel that he was close by. When she arrived in th cafeteria, almost the entire school was there. A good majority of the students were yawning and complaining how early it was. There was one student who was halfway invisible because at this point in the day, he didn't have control over his power. She went and ordered her breakfast and searched for Jasin. She didn't have to search for long. "Wren, over here!" Jasin called from a distant table. She saw him immediately and made a beeline for his table. She finally got there and saw that nobody was sitting there. She set her tray down and sat down. "Jasin, I had the weirdest dream last night and I feel that you are the only one who is going to understand this. I was being chased by someone with silver eyes. He told me that I would regret being born and that he was going to get me one day. I know that this doesn't make any sense, but that's what it was," She told Jasin. He was staring at her in shock. She knew that he wasn't going to get it. Why would he get it? "No, it makes perfect sense. I had the same dream last night. I think someone wants to get us," Jasin replied. Wren was unsure of what would happen, but she had a feeling that she was going to get a lot closer to him within the next few weeks.
