Good morning, son. How do you do?A Poem by Ron SpiceA simple pantoum to get my feet wet.
Good morning, son. How do you do?
'Tis a bright new day, don't you say? The sun shows his face just for you In a cheerfully splendid way! 'Tis a bright new day, don't you say? I can hear those blue birds singing. In a cheerfully splendid way, All those church bells are a-ringing. I can hear those blue birds singing Right along with the mourning dove. All those church bells are a-ringing. What wondrous sounds come from above! Right along with the mourning dove, The sun shows his face just for you. What wondrous sounds come from above! Good morning, sun.
