Travelers

Travelers

A Poem by ZeeArsonist

staring seamless constant
mostly untouched
save for feet of these who walk
two by two
through a life's threadbare
on into the horizon

rising, going, growing
while pollen captures tendrils of hair
that spiral wind
and fingers interlock

keep these
palms of lovers hands
forming beneath the trees
and bind together branches
so they may grow as one
breathing knotted tapestry
