Year 12

Year 12

A Poem by Rochelle
"

Not just a year, my year.

"
I push my feelings aside,
And build a wall so high,
Berry my past in the ground,
And leave my heart spell bound,

I give so much but all you do,
Is take and take,
So I'll leave with my shattered pride,
and start a new,

In my last year of high school,
I'll love my man more than before,
Tern my walls into ruble,
Feel like there's no tomorrow,

Let the past Rest In Peace,
Give my heart the chance to me free,
I'll be the girl that mad year 12 the best it could ever be,
Just watch me.
