Humankid

Humankid

A Poem by zainul
"

A humankid fell into trance

"

A humankid was playing in a garden

Her partner was a wonderful peahen

They bounced and chased each other

They acted the role of a lovely mother

The humankid stumbled on a hidden stone

She screamed for pain in the pelvic bone

The peahen was frightened by the accident

She called hummingbird for her treatment

The hummingbird came with first aid box

She hummed mantra with cunning fox

They massaged humankid with great care

Peahen flapped her wings for fresh air

Hearing tumult peacock rushed with peachicks

He gave good advice and showed great tricks

Humankid felt a little comfort by their nursing

Doctor hummingbird then started to sing

The parents of humankid heard the song

They thought something might be wrong

They came with neighbors for her aid

Humankid assured there was no raid

All became happy and started to dance

Humankid felt sleepy and fell into trance

I love how you portrayed humankind and nature together. Humankind needs nature and nature will be kind to humankind. I love the words used as humankind (an innocent childlike feature) is so connected with nature that her love for them and their love for her is so beautiful written. Great job!

The inter- connection between nature and mankind is amazingly depicted in this tale. They should co- exist, that is divine symbiosis. The message of the poem is beautifully portrayed where the reader is enticed to be hooked in this poem.Your words spell magic- its like the recreation.Nice write.

Love the personification of humankind here, makes humanity seem more childish and innocent. I love the message you've conveyed here- in order to stay healthy, nature and humankind must work together. Another beautiful write with a solid message

All those rhyming couplets were a delight to read. The solution to many of the problems related to human coexistence may be found through a careful observation of how our Earth’s biosphere achieves a give-and-take balance among all of its plants and animals. Everything is interconnected. Your poem showed a euphemistic interconnection with all the animals that the “humankid” encountered. Mantra's help to bring about a tranquil frame of mind for both animals and humankind.
