He is Everett who has added his experience just minutes before.
We can go to him for improving our Congee.
I had to eat porridge as a kid, as my mother thought it was good for me.
I hate porrridge, love the poem !

She used to keep one handful of rice into a pitcher like earthen pot from the soaked rice just before setting for cooking.This rice kept in the water of the pot was collected after one or two weeks and then prepared the 'Congee' by boiling with salt and served as gruel or porridge.The same stored and fermented rice was also used for making a kind of cake.
