Cicadas!!! Bzzzzzzzzz! It's hypnotic at first, but then alot of them get together and it's just...no longer hypnotic, it's annoying. Short and sweet. Always a pleasure, Zainul :)

Really, it's hypnotic at first but it's annoying after many voices of cicadas join together in the whole surrounding.

Dear Frieda,
I have checked for cicada for New Jersey in the internet.Yes there are cicada in
New Jersey.This bug is often called periodic cicada for it comes after 13 or 17 years.Perhaps you have not encountered it recently.But,it appeared in 2004 as reported by National Geographic Newsletters.You may see the report here:

I totally agree with your view.
I never encountered cicada around my residence in Dhaka.
So,I became surprised to hear the song of cicada just at the dusk so near.
It created a mixed reaction in my heart which resulted this piece.
