Nicely done. The constraints of form force us to learn our craft. A great writer (I forget his name) wrote a personal letter to a friend. In the letter he said, "If I had more time this letter would be much shorter". Such a telling statement.

This is in case of absence of any rule.
A writer is banned without any notice and s/he is not given any chance to defend her/his position or chance to correct herself/himself.
