A very interesting accounting of the fame of Ada Lovelace. I especially like the phrase, "Byronic mysterious woman of algorithm".....oh to possess such talent and to be the daughter of someone so famous! Though not familiar with her, he is certainly one of my favorite poets!! Thank you for this!!

I tried to bring the present the history of the time of poet George Gordon Byron with special emphasis on Ada Lovelace.
I am very happy to note that you have chosen the essence of the poem
which linked the poet with her scientist daughter.
You are appreciated for the great contribution.
They say you learn something new everyday. Well, I didn't even know who she was!
This was very interesting. Well done my dear. :-)

We are used to limit them within the family boundary as mom or sex objects as in movies and advertisements.
We can hardly rise above this view and appreciate actual capacity of them.
As you are happy with this piece meant for making aware our writers what a woman did for the development of computer programming,I would request you to read the article on Ada Lovelace published in Wikipedia at the following link:

Thanks for the admiring review.

I thought this talented lady should be honored by the writers' community.
You will be happy to know that Google has created a doodle on this talented mathematician and pioneering computer programmer on her 197th birthday which encouraged me to study about her and write this piece.
Let's honor this scientist and remember her contributions.
