You understood the desire or anger of your parents, relatives and friends when dealing with them.That is actually reading of hearts.
It needs patience to understand others.
You can also remember how your dear ones pacified you when you were in crisis.In those cases they could read your heart.

I had to sleep for few hours.
Yes, that is possible.Sometimes,I tried to explain my inability to understand.I found that some of the misunderstandings happened due to my faults while some were caused by others.
You have rightly pointed out that being different from persons lead to misunderstanding.
