This reminds me of summers spent down by the river in Poland..its just like that, I see the tall grasses ornamented with dew swaying in a light breeze, the dragonflies, the sound of frogs croaking and jumping, the scent of warm, wet earth and the song of dancing river.

I am also fond of dragonflies.They were my playmates in my childhood.I used to catch the red colored ones and tie a thread with its tail and then fly them in the air like kites.They also resemble helicopters when on flight.

I really like this haiku! It's so simple, yet it provokes such a vivid feeling that I am sure many people have experienced, that crisp breeze right after the rain stops, it's like you take a refreshing breath of air and you feel brand new. Like life resumes after this rain, all at once. The last line sounds very musical because I'm imagining all of nature arising, not just the frogs. Excellent method in tapping into people's imaginations/memory!

This makes me think of rainy nights here in louisiana. There is nothing better then sitting on the porch watching the rain. You are a good writer because you can stir emotions and summon memories with so few words.

I'm not a big fan of rain as there's always something that keeps me away from it but the combination of first two lines, I just love it. :) I'm literally getting short of words to praise it as I desperately want to but LET ME JUST FEEL IT. I love the sound of frogs at night. When we would go camping as kids these are the sounds that we would hear mixed with crickets. Natures calming music.
