Lunar || Remnants

Lunar || Remnants

A Chapter by Dr. YumnaKay
"

Late night scribbles.

"
Tonight
the moon exhaled
a sigh of relief.

How unbearable it had been,
gazing down at the Earth,
and what now remains of it...

Indeed, the moon must lament at earth's state and I with it, because I just love the moon. Beautiful poetry!

A fine little piece of brevity. It is good to see you posting Dr Y. I am pleased to think that the moon thinks there is some hope. I am trying to remain positive, but we live in challenging times.

maybe there is hope yet.
this poem illuminates that possibility of picking up the pieces...
i know the moon could still smile.
