We got lost, somewhere​.

N​ow, even the sun rays

feel​ cold over my skin,

and snow leaves 

warm trails...

I am burning;

a mere residue

of your love.

I see a woman walking, head down, in the darkest shadows, only her eyes visible in the blackness, perhaps upon the ashes of what once was... or what she thought was. And, sometimes love burns, like anger boiling beneath. A rush of images and emotion with this original piece.
