Gratitude II

Gratitude II

A Chapter by Dr. YumnaKay
"

Inspired. Dedicated.

"
And I'm certain
that there are things
that I'll always be uncertain
of...the need to let you go;
the surge to feel your
voice wash over me...

and I'm certain
that there are things
that I'll never get tired of.
To gaze at the moon late
at night; of the [soothing]
effect I experience while
reading your words

...and of my mind,
which thinks up ways
on how to irk you,
little by little...

What I enjoy most about this poem is your little playful streak that pops up at the end! I always love & relate to your serious pronouncements about love & life, but it's great seeing you have fun with a poem like this! (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

To be tempted by words. The moon lit night become more acceptable. I enjoyed the poetry. Like a secret whisper, the words. Thank you dear friend for sharing the amazing poetry.

So they are, indeed...thanks so much for your reading, John. Appreciated.
and You are so right dear Yumna, and how beautifully enchantingly You've expressed it with Your own style, from Your own mind, teasing, alluring and filled with warm yearnings... very very beautifully lovely my friend.

I suppose the adage 'no news is good news' applies. But I don't find it comfortable.

Gazing at the moon...irksome...your mind
