sounds to me that arrow found its target... whether it got there directly, or via some obscure ricochet is of little consequence... enjoy the feeling that it brings.. it seems you now have more than one string to your bow and have mastered brevity...

My Dad always said that if you go looking for love you won't find it. It will strike when you least expect it. Wise words from him. Cupid quite often misses the bull's eye with his arrows. I do enjoy your work Dr Y. Brevity is worth striving for.

After reading Sarah's review down there...I'm second guessing this cupid thing...maybe he is Aphrodite's nemesis..wreaking havoc with his red blood arrows...having the wrong people fall in "love" to destroy the real virtues of love...

Aye, have to say aphrodites is his mother :P and she's kinda a b***h too. Listen to the mythology :P she's a cheater that sleeps around and messed up a tooooonnnnn of romance. She made a girl fall in love with her own father! And she's insanely jealous of any pretty girl. Ever hear the story of psyche? Eh. Aphrodites worse.... Way way way wayyyyy worse then Cupid :D
And actually Cupid is the god of erotic and sexual fantasys.... Hahaha such a lovely mascot to have on valentines days and stuff XD

One thing i always laugh about with Cupid is how we picture him. Idk where we got the baby from but the roman god most certainly is not a baby. Lol. Actually; in the mythology he looks almost the same as the death god, Thanatos. And that's the real irony. So I always laugh seeing a baby representing Cupid; this masculine man with cruel eyes. Oh yeah, did I mention his eyes? Red as blood. Hahaha. Handsome but with creepy eyes. Not to mention I'm the Greek mythology lover so everytime I read Cupid my mind has this autocorrect that changes the roman version to the greek. So I see Eros instead of Cupid :P nice poem yumna, suddenly I have the urge to write the reality of Cupid. A disturbing guy that looks like death hahaha!
