I totally agree with Carol.
The is much optimism here and imparts a real sense of forward motion. If only we could bring such positivity to mind when in the throes of life's tempests - perhaps we would see them quite differently.

It involved watching others and adopting their 'successful' behaviours.
I agree though, a good balance of pess and opt in the old misms and you cant go far wrong.

I'm kinda countin' on that. In your part of this planet, I am glad to see positive writing. I'm just now back after a 3 week depressive episode and the first ten things I read was the saddest s**t EVAR!!! So, thank you.
