Into nothingness ...

Into nothingness ...

A Chapter by Dr. YumnaKay
"

Ramblings of a raging mind

"
The day comes when my conscience wakes, screaming itself hoarse while before it was dead to what was happening all around,

I keep on shedding my past being, transforming into a newly found creature - suppressed before but now it rages on ~ taking control ---

and instead of giving off light which has diminished; scattered into a thousand pieces beyond repair, I deteriorate ~ into nothingness ...

Sometimes we do try to shed our past, and drift ourselves away from the pains we endured. Just to live new, and to be alive once again.
Beautiful poetry, Yumna :)

You're welcome. :)
Your words make me wonder how often we learn to just exist, to just survive and not to allow the being inside our skin to live and breathe and be found free. This transforming, this growing, this endless butterfly life, it is painful, yet it awakens wonders that a stagnant life cannot. How the fading light of you on your journey makes the soul ache, dear poet.
