Experimental. Inspired by a dream. I grew fond of this style...

I wrote a dream ~ upon my stars

where fantasy laughs in symphony, 

and the raging storms murmur sweet melodies; 

 I feel the softness of your skin on mine 

as our halcyon breaths mingle ...

Gods, that is gorgeous. It really has a mystical, dreamy feel to it, gives me the feeling of floating. the fact that it was inspired by a dream makes me even more interested. Dream interpretation has always been a big interest of mine, just dreams in general peek my interest. This conveys a sense of love, warmth, and comfort that's refreshing to feel in such a sad, cruel world now a day.

Well, based on the choice of words and what I believe you're trying to convery here. I think the dream has something to do with love, obviously.
"the raging storms murmur sweet melodies" - this seems to convey a sense of calm after a storm, to me. Coming through hardships.
"your skin on mine" and " breaths mingle" - Becoming one with another person.
The full dream it's self I'd be able to get more out of, but just from what you have here, I feel the message being told is loving someone through difficult times, taking their pain and them taking yours. I don't know though, haha.
Dreams are a fun and interesting thing for me to look at. I, myself, usually have really screwed up or just plain weird dreams, so I'm always trying to figure out the meaning. Plus, as a Shaman, dreams are kinda my job. lol.

Dreams of falling usually mean anxiety or worries in your life, or the feeling of being not in control of parts of your life.
Like I said, I'm a Shaman, Dreamwork and helping people understand their dreams is kinda my purpose given from the universe, lol. So, if you got any weird dreams, feel free to run'em past me.

The use of the phrase 'upon my stars' adds wonderment to the ethereal nature of this. The dream itself - it's Universality is wow-ing the dreamer but the dreamer is wow-ed at their own ability to create that dream - as if they doubted themselves greatly.
There are 4 stages of two or more people becoming one 'entity' - Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing. This poem encapsulates the first three - all's left is the performance and that is the dream.
