many times our emotions and desires play with our choices, and even sometimes mixing things for us making us feeling something which might be not true and lead us into a road we might not have walked through, still, everything is for a reason, and still I say, and will always say, trust Your intuition and follow Your heart.

You are always welcome, You always write Your thoughts questioning them, and this is healthy for You.
I think we all feel this way at some point in our lives, both men and women. I thought this was beautiful, however, you can never go wrong when you follow your heart, even if it leads you down a dead end, it only means that that is where you are suppose to be right now. Otherwise I loved it.

So maybe it all comes down to fate...
Thank you for your insight here. I appreciate it.
All the "what ifs" that plague us and stop us from following our heart, the poet eloquently expresses here. The answers? We won't know until we take the risk...if we reach a "dead end", at least we will have loved, and learned...

Thank you for your thoughts, Annette.
Follow it once. If it leads you astray - grrrr....get a heart transplant !
Like Sapientiam says though, there are no guarantees in this worldand it's pretty much all trial and error.
I really like this. It was me many years ago.

What makes life so meaningful is the idea that nothing in the future is certain. Our fates are filled with bountiful opportunities that are waiting to be discovered, yet, if we as humans only fear the future, then our lives are stripped of meaning. I'm a bit wary of taking risks, but those risks are a factor that defines life and builds courage. We shouldn't be afraid to "bathe in the mist", as a literature teacher once told me. Dive in and experience it all, the pain and joy. There's always a light at the end of the road (sorry, that was too cliche!). Before I ramble on any longer, great job on this!
And what if you've taken the risk, experienced joy out of it and now are left with the pain only?..... read moreAnd what if you've taken the risk, experienced joy out of it and now are left with the pain only?...
I agree, life is full of surprises but sometimes we get the worst deals out of it...
Thank you. I appreciate your thoughtful ramblings.

I've taken risks that have ruined my sense of being, but I don't use pain as a factor to keep me on the ground. I use it to grow, no matter how much it hurts or how much I regret.
we must follow our heart...and yes, take risks.
otherwise there's no learning.

I believe, we must follow our heart and possibly raise above dead...It's just my view, well everyone has their perception towards it....yet, it is a question that one must ask themselves....I liked it..:)
