TRIBULATION

Torn apart by these decisions

Regretting and hating the incision,

Inflicted! by my own   hand

Bellowing me to take command.

Under the thumbprint of my regret,

Leaving me to suffer and reject

All! the things I’ve done in my past,

Trying   to   close   this   gash

In this so-called mortal coil,

On it mission to cause me to toil….

None the less this is the pain I face, this is my tribulation

Incision! What a strong word, and quite the affliction to be bellowed at. The 'thumbprint of regret" is both beautiful and powerful, like a classic stylised hanko. Followed by gashes and mortal coils, like a giant python writhing in ever tightening concentric circles. Good reading Yukinowara-san.
