Your Iron GripA Poem by y&rAbout nothing in particular. Inspired from my emotional over-reliance on one person. Turned that reliance into anger of relying too much on him.Y’think you know everything, Say that I’m wrong, Glare at me when you’re wrong. Y’think you know me well, But do you really know me, When I am able to break through your Iron grip, And speak up for myself? Yes, I dare to smash the plates; Yes, I dare to pack up my bags and leave you. Yes, I dare to free myself from your Iron grip" Because your slap has woke me up, Cured my blindness. I see you. I see you oppressing me. © 2012 y&rAuthor's Note
