20. Betrothed

20. Betrothed

A Chapter by Sir Drift & Mr. Pulse

I sit and wait for my Betrothed
Preparing flowers on her bed
Holy White Vail whom awaits
Grapes and vinyard surround the gate

Last Night I looked upon the stars
to match each reason of my love for you
And when I ran out of counting stars
The black sky have shown the love of ours

God was showing off when creating you
As I fall in love once again through your eyes
For they are the two stars missing from the sky
Brighter than the Sun, glowing further than the Moon can try

When I sent such Angel to look over you
He ran back to me with no success
"Why did you return?" I asked impressed
"Angels do not watch over other Angels" he said

So please my Dear tell me how
A man like I grow next to a Princess
She whom is clothed in clouds
Who speaks with music, showered of Golden sounds

Betrothed, I wait for you my love
As infinity catches up to us
And even after Heaven pours
For you my bride to come through the doors

Within you I lose my self
Without you I find myself...
Wanting to get lost Again
Return to me, my One true End

"Angels do not watch over other Angels"
Very romantic write. This induces a sigh. I love the image to go by this piece.
You should really try to get this book published :))
