17. Futures Memory

We look at the past to make a dream 

We live, we die for what we seem 

That is reality, a memory in past 

But will it come true? Will it last? 

 

Do we need a Dream to determine our hope? 

Do you believe it’s real or just a slope? 

Is the past really a true memory, 

Or is it the future our real vanity? 

 

We look at the past as a sign of Faith 

The present we live as a moral haste 

But what is a future, is it just a Dream? 

We know not that it’s the one we should redeem 

 

Take a look at the world, what do you see? 

Do you see a future, who you are, what you’ll be? 

I say there’s a memory inside a future, 

Believe it or not, it is a nature. 

 

If you lose your focus you will become blind 

An your mind in the past it will bind 

The person you have dreamed to be will stay unfree 

This is when your future becomes a memory
