13. SecretsA Chapter by Sir Drift & Mr. PulseI laid my head on a pearled rock And listened to the fossil whispers left behind Your voice of beauty that has abrupt Secrets you could no longer hide
You said I love you don’t worry I’m there And a tear fell out of my eye I didn’t realize how much you cared I wish there was some way I could reply
Suddenly all secrets were carried in the wind And the whispers turn into a song Trees bend down to widen the sound A beautiful noise undoing wrong
There I sat on the warm sand Sunk into its way I couldn’t rise, I couldn’t stand But there I would rather stay
Drowning in an Ocean of all my thoughts Only of yours and mine I would sleep in all your night less ought’s Because I trust I will be fine
So share your secrets as the waves come and go Because there I will float on all There’s nothing to hide under such glow Our secrets will help us stand tall For trust won’t let us fall… spiritual brawl… © 2017 Sir Drift & Mr. PulseReviews
