A Chapter by Sir Drift & Mr. Pulse
"

For someone special

"

So much to say, yet such little ink
As my words in your mind will deeply sink
Whilst the blooming fist rolls out its fingers
To reach my face on which it lingers

See, smiles cross oceans and bury deep
As clouds rain down, in roots they seep
But in thus tree find quilt of fruit
And shovel the air to carve a route

And as she sleeps in restless waves
A princess heart she truly saves
With Crystal lips that shine off bright
They break through Dusk to shine tonight

If only those eyes grow ocean wide
And flutter the mountain in which they hide
Id say with words from pores of truth
I've never loved so strong in youth

And oh my dreamer don't fall too far
For in the rainbow ill leave a scar
Of revolting battles against the wind
As fossil stories of times within

Do arc the bow and shoot ahead
The arrow of romance, with love is fed
I wish to find just one last time
The perfect love and its measured rhyme
A jocund heart dormant and sublime... to anonymous.

Very romantic write. I like how you played with the font although I'm usually not much into that but in this case it had a nice effect. Your word choice fulfills the expectation of a love write; dreamy, romantic, flowery, including a lot of nature and analogies according to that topic. The speech of a modern Shakespearean; soft and flowing into its own sweet abyss.
The word anonymous provided a tad of a sharper and more contemporary tone which makes it a rather unexpectedly good closing line.

Nice write. And nice to meet you again.

Great art there, with your fading ink,
You stroked it until your heart & it sync.................

Achingly beautiful, and even with colors fading and the letters growing faint there is an urgency and desire to find the way home to this place of wonder and love.

This piece is utterly beautiful in every way that you wrote it. It reminds me of a sonnet your writing to the person you love. Its one of those poems you wish you could receive in a love letter. It made me yearn for the times when people expressed their love using a pen and paper and didn't simply text their emotions. You did a great job in provoking these emotions.

It's a shame poems of this caliber and quality are not recognized as much as some pretty girl's poem is.

Stunning indeed.

I thank you so much for your time and words
There's beauty in good things slowly fading away just like this poem. It's bittersweet but it leaves before it outstays its welcome.

Lovely piece
